- Monitor and track progress and developments of ongoing projects
- Communicate with customers on a regular basis to ensure completion of work and address any concerns regarding projects
- Communicate with Construction Managers on project progress and developments
- Work cooperatively with employees to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation of projects within approved operating budgets
- Have a well-rounded knowledge of staffing needs in the field.
- Oversee work/field operations via onsite visits
- Complete and maintain all necessary project paperwork
- Quality control checks on jobs.
- Serve as the liaison between the Company, customers, and utilities
- Read, understand, and work from construction maps
- Utilize computer software including Microsoft Office, as well as internal and external programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills
- Organizational skills- ability to work independently and complete multiple tasks and projects
- Ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with a wide variety of personalities
- Quick learner with the ability to master CRM and project management software
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Construction-related degrees preferred
- Able to pass a criminal background screen, drug screens, and driver's license record checks
- Must be willing and able to travel to job sites as need arises
- Able to perform the physical duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
