    We are looking for a customer-oriented and ambitious team player with exceptional analytical, communication and project management skills to join our Customer Success team. You will work alongside our global Customer Success team to operationalize insights on how we best support and drive value with our customers.

    WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    • 0-1 years of work, or course, experience in Computer Information Systems, IT Management or something similar
    • Strong computer science fundamentals are preferred
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Have a data-driven understanding of Customer Success
    • MS Office / Excel experience preferred
