Job summary
The Learning Operations Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of global Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives.This role manages a cross-functional team—including LMS Administrators, Training Coordinators, and Instructional Designers/Developers—across multiple geographies (US and India).
The ideal candidate will have experience designing and development various forms of digital content sufficient to supervise instructional designers/developers in the creation and/or update of superior learning content.
Skills & Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree,The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years of experience in an L&D-related role,
The ideal candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience managing a team,
Prior experience in decentralized professional services firms.
