    Job Title: Financial Center Level II Supervisor at Fulton Bank

    Overview:
    This is an exciting full-time career opportunity (around 40 hours per week) located at our Sussex County financial center in Ocean View, DE. This role requires availability during branch operating hours but not on Sundays.

    As a Financial Center Level II Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by addressing all customer needs, from service to sales, with passion and enthusiasm. Your focus will be on providing customers with a seamless experience for their financial requirements, engaging in customer-centric dialogues to strengthen relationships and earn their trust. You will oversee the daily operations of the financial center, guide employees towards achieving team and individual targets, and ensure robust compliance and risk management practices are upheld.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support all facets of the Financial Center, encompassing individual and team performance evaluations, as well as adherence to regulations. Aid the Financial Center Manager in forming a top-performing team by handling employee recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations.
    • Initiate proactive sales discussions through various interactions such as outbound calls, inbound contact center conversations, scheduling appointments, and engaging customers effectively in the lobby.
    • Mitigate risks by ensuring that the FC team complies with relevant regulations and adheres to Fulton policies and procedures, displaying sound judgment within defined boundaries.
    • Employ the CRM system and other tools to facilitate relationship-building discussions with customers, ensuring a consistent approach to onboarding new customers and expanding existing relationships. Address intricate or escalated customer queries.
    • Provide continuous assistance to customers concerning products, services, and account maintenance requests. Execute teller transactions and support operational duties when necessary. Maintain flexibility in performing various aspects of the role.
    • Engage in networking events and community functions off-site.
    • Leverage practical knowledge of digital solutions and technology to aid customers and resolve issues.
    Qualifications:
    Education
    High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a focus on business or related field (Preferred)
    Experience
    3 or more years of relevant business or sales experience (Required)
    1 or more years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role (Preferred)
    This position may entail additional responsibilities as directed by the manager. All employees are responsible for understanding and acting upon the contents of company-assigned Compliance Programs, policies, and procedures, regardless of their position. Employees must ensure completion of all Compliance Training assignments by specified deadlines. This includes recognizing and addressing compliance risks affecting their departments, ensuring legal compliance, and escalating compliance issues to the appropriate management level.

Our salary ranges are standardized based on the role, function, and responsibilities, benchmarked against similar companies in our sector. Specific compensation will be determined considering factors like the candidate's expertise, skills, depth of experience, and relevant licenses/certifications, and may vary based on geographical location.

    The hourly rate for this position is $34.13.
