Responsibilities

• Perform advanced technical administrative work related to complex state federally funded right of way negotiations relocations appraisals utilities adjustments acquisitions beautification regulations compliance highway airport construction rail improvements leasing disposal exchange highway assets utility work Work extensively with private entities governmental agencies Leadership Direction Receive broad guidance relating overall key objectives critical issues new concepts policy matters general parameters execution Independently apply extensive diversified knowledge principles practices broad areas assignments related fields Review work produced staff quality assurance At Operational Company Level Actively identify new business development opportunities existing new market
