    We're seeking individuals to join the Your Pie team at the Smyrna location, now under new management, who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are dedicated to rebuilding the Your Pie Family in Smyrna.

    Job Summary

    Team members collaborate with the General Manager and Shift Managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include assisting in daily preparation, assembly, and serving of menu items while prioritizing restaurant cleanliness and safe food handling practices.

    Job Responsibilities & Duties

    • Exhibit the core values aligning with Your Pie's mission
    • Prepare a variety of menu items accurately and efficiently, ensuring top-notch quality
    • Adhere to portion sizes, cooking techniques, and kitchen standards
    • Maintain adequate food supplies at workstations for smooth service
    • Keep workstations clean and sanitary
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
