- Initiates purchase orders for supplies and other non-inventory items as directed for EHS, HR and production departments. Follows up to assure receipt.
- Assist with MRO purchases as requested.
- Responsible for ensuring timely processing of invoices for payment for all EHS, HR and other vendors.
- Supports the time, attendance and labor transactions in ADP to assure accuracy. Supports tracking of hourly employee absenteeism.
- Assist with tracking hourly overtime, temporary transfers, vacations and other paid absences to assure employees are compensated in accordance with the union contract.
- Assist with badge security system. Create new and replacement badges for employees as required. Monitors and changes employee access to site a required.
- Performs general clerical duties for supervisory staff. Must use PC based word processor, database, spreadsheet, and Microsoft software to prepare routine process and personnel reports.
- Update Daily Management information for production and track required data.
- Tracks environmental manifests.
- Maintains filing system to assure easy retrieval of appropriate employee, equipment, products, and other important information within the guidelines of the record retention policy.
- Distributes approved SOP's with training materials and rosters to proper supervisors.
- Distributes memos and other information to department employees as directed.
- Completes special assignments from the department manager in a timely and accurate manner.
- Backup for Engineering Support role.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 3+ years of combined administrative and operations support experience
- Possess well-developed verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to display sound judgment.
- Ability to operate computer in standard business applications including Microsoft software Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams and Oracle.

Under the general direction of the Director of Operations, the Operations and Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for performing various administrative tasks in support of the Romulus site Operations and Human Resource departments. This person will perform general office functions, including filing, distribution, and processes as they pertain to attendance, production administration, and other administrative functions.
