We are seeking a Hybrid System Engineer (Escalation Team) MSP to join our team who has extensive experience performing deployments and migrations.

The Hybrid System Engineer (Escalation Team) MSP will be working with high-value clients, to complete network consultation and support with any projects or maintenance they might need.

The Hybrid System Engineer (Escalation Team) MSP will be the designated individual who will be performing any deployments or migrations.

You will be expected to support and resolve any escalations that arise within the team.

The Hybrid System Engineer (Escalation Team) MSP will have the ability to grow internally within the company and be promoted to more senior roles.

Experience with Hyper-V and VMWare Deployment, Advanced Troubleshooting, and Management
Experience with Configuration, Deploying, and Supporting Firewalls Including VPN and Site to Site VPN Configurations
Advanced experience and knowledge of Windows Servers, Active Directory, O365
Advanced Level Experience with Office 365 Including Deployments, Migrations from Another Platform, and High-Level Troubleshooting.
Assist in network consultants along with projects and maintenance tasks
Creating client relationships, solving any complex technical issues, and providing solutions
Knowledge of principles and methods applied to information technology infrastructure, planning, implementation, and management
Excellent oral/written communication skills (emphasis on technical communication) in a business environment.
Experience with PowerShell scripting is a plus
