    Right at Home San Diego East County -

    Right At Home is dedicated to creating a welcoming and warm environment for the residents who call our community home. We are hiring in-home caregivers to provide 1 on 1 in-home care services to senior clients around San Diego County, CA. We are looking for caring people who can provide quality in-home services such as companion care and personal care to keep seniors safe, happy, and healthy. What do we offer?     This is what you will receive working with us:

    • Paid travel time in between clients and paid mileage.
    • An extra $1/hr for weekend shifts.

    The tasks you will do:

    • Assist with bathing/feeding/toileting.
    • Ambulation/transfers
    • Protective Supervision
    • Medication Reminders
    • Light housekeeping activities
    • Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
    • Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.

    What we look for in our Caregivers:

    • Preferred but not required: 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), and/or Certified Nurse Assistant in health care (in homes or facilities).
    • If you are compassionate, caring, and reliable we will train you.
    • Successful completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) course.
    • Reliable transportation.
    • Reside in (your city) within our service area.
    • Must be able to travel up to 30 minutes or 15 miles for this position.
    • Be at least 18 years old.
    • Possess a valid driver's license and insured automobile.
    • Have availability on Saturday and Sunday

    Starting wage: up to $22.00 an hour DOE and shift schedule.

    Schedule: 2, 4, 6, 8 hrs/day, nights, weekdays, weekend.
