Job summary:
The Warehouse Systems Support Technician provides frontline technical support for operational systems used in warehouse and transportation environments.This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting equipment such as forklift-mounted devices, handheld scanners,
and other warehouse technology tools.
The technician works closely with operations teams to ensure systems are functioning effectively to support daily logistics
and distribution activities.
