- Project management experience or equivalent
- Experience with the following principles: earned value management, risk and opportunity management, integrated planning or equivalents
- Prior Program Management, IRAD, or CRAD execution experience or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering\-related discipline\.
- Experience in cost account management\.
- Experience in executing a production program in an Earned Value Management environment\.
- Experience in developing complex program schedules, management, and execution\.
- Experience in spacecraft and/or aerospace production environment\.
- Experience in product design in an engineering development environment

In this roll, the selected individual will be responsible for the integration of a sophisticated space craft designed to hit and kill enemy ballistic missile threats\.
The job responsibilities include leading design integration, Assembly and Integration test processes, lead development of Test equipment, tooling, and all other necessary equipment to perform integration operations\.
Will have budget and schedule responsibility\. Will be responsible for execution of subcontracts, procurements, factory operations\.Basic Qualifications:

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
