    The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on highly advanced missile defense system being designed to defend the 50 united states against adversary ballistic missile threats\.

    In this roll, the selected individual will be responsible for the integration of a sophisticated space craft designed to hit and kill enemy ballistic missile threats\.

    The job responsibilities include leading design integration, Assembly and Integration test processes, lead development of Test equipment, tooling, and all other necessary equipment to perform integration operations\.

    Will have budget and schedule responsibility\. Will be responsible for execution of subcontracts, procurements, factory operations\.


    Basic Qualifications:

    • Project management experience or equivalent
    • Experience with the following principles: earned value management, risk and opportunity management, integrated planning or equivalents
    • Prior Program Management, IRAD, or CRAD execution experience or equivalent

    Desired Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering\-related discipline\.
    • Experience in cost account management\.
    • Experience in executing a production program in an Earned Value Management environment\.
    • Experience in developing complex program schedules, management, and execution\.
    • Experience in spacecraft and/or aerospace production environment\.
    • Experience in product design in an engineering development environment

    Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

    Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

    Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
