Work across the manufacturing processes to produce pumps with attention to quality and safety.
Manual Lathe, Manual Mill, NC Lathe, NC Mill, Machine Cells, or miscellaneous equipment that falls under our Machining processes.
Execute operational details from drawings, routing sheets, set up sheets, and CNC programs.
Check the condition of tooling/performance for best results.
Follow the documented safety guidelines and procedures.
Adhere to quality expectations.
Must be able to work mandatory overtime as needed.
Minimum 2 years with CNC machining (metal products) or equivalent 2 years technical college education.
Properly align, secure and remove part fixtures, attachments and materials onto machines.
Check machined parts to print with designated measuring devices such as micrometers, CMM, manual/digital calipers, plug gauges, indicators, or equivalent tools.
Ability to move within office and manufacturing complex, write by hand and keyboard.Ability to communicate by speech and hearing via phone and in person.
Visual acuity needed for close detail work and computer use.
General manufacturing, warehouse and office environment.
