Cyber Security Analyst with Security Clearance

Zachary Piper Solutions is actively searching for a Cyber Security Analyst in Springfield, VA to join an established team of cyber security professionals on the front line of network defense for our nation.

As the Cyber Security Analyst, you will support cyber operation activities to maintain and share timely situational awareness of active threats and actions that could adversely affect the enterprise.

You will also collaborate between cyber security operations and other entities to ensure situational awareness across the enterprise.

This position requires a minimum of an active Top–Secret Clearance with SCI Access (TS/SCI) with Polygraph Responsibilities of the Cyber Security Analyst include:
Generate cyber threat products based on known, perceived, and understood threats Perform cyber incident triage to include determining scope, urgency, and potential impact; identify the specific vulnerability and make recommendations that enable expeditious remediation Analyzes and assesses damage to the data/infrastructure Perform cyber operations trend analysis and reporting Qualifications for the Cyber Security Analyst include: Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in a related field 2+ years of relevant experience Security+ and Certified Ethical Hacker certifications Packet Capture/PCAP experience Active TS/SCI clearance, with CI Polygraph preferred Compensation for the Cyber Security Analyst includes:

Salary Range:
$95,000–$125,000 depending on experience
