- Shift: Days - 8 hrs, Monday to Friday, 40hrs / week
- Location: Hybrid, Redwood City, CA
- Assessing the physical and emotional needs of oncology patients.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Administering chemotherapy and other medications as prescribed.
- Coordinating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, surgeons, radiation oncologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Scheduling appointments for patients, including consultations, diagnostic tests, and follow-up visits.
- Facilitating communication between members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Overseeing the scheduling of treatments, procedures, and surgeries.
- Ordering supplies and medications needed for patient care.
- Advocating for patients' rights and preferences within the healthcare system.
- Helping patients navigate complex medical decisions and healthcare processes.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited academic institution. (preferred)
- RN - Registered Nurse
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
