    Position Type: Full Time
    Job Location: Towanda, PA
    Compensation: $20.00/ per hour
    Benefits: Paid time off, paid holidays and health benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and Life Insurance
    Schedule: 12-hour rotating swing shift (M-Thurs days (off Fri-Sun), then following week M-W nights (off Thurs-Sun).

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Retrieval and delivery of all needed material
    • Storage and or delivery of finished material
    • Delivery of all waste, scrap and recycle material to the appropriate location
    • Slabbing of scrap roll material into the appropriate waste stream
    • Banding and palletizing of finished and waste material per procedure
    • Inspection and battery changing of powered equipment
    • Electronic movement of material - Computer
    • Outside fork truck retrieval and disposal of items as needed
    • Cleaning of coater airlock, corridor and staging area as required
    • Operation of floor scrubber in assigned areas as required
    • Retrieving samples of finished and raw materials when needed
    Other Responsibilities May Include:
    • Wrapping finished rolls
    • Assisting in loading base and cover rolls
    • Cleaning of the coater floors as required
    • Refreshing of dirty floor tacky mats as needed
    • Removal of municipal waste as needed
    • Assist in detail cleaning of coater as required
    Qualifications:
    • Forklift - 2 years of experience
    • Must have effective communication skills
    • Must have computer knowledge, high attention to detail, scheduling and time management experience.
    • Professional demeanor, ability to interact with core leadership team, and work as a team player are essential.
    • Must have the ability to make decisions without direct supervision in specific circumstances.
    • Must be able to lift up-to 55lbs at a time, 30lbs repetitively
    • Have the ability to comfortably stand, sit, bend, stomp, climb repetitively and for long periods of time.
    Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
    • Must be able to wear cleanroom suit & hood for 12 hours of labor.
    • Must be able to learn significant manufacturing knowledge for several slitters and the pack line.
    • Must be willing to work in team environment.
    • Must have a flexible attitude towards business needs requiring overtime or transforming to different areas on the plant.
    • Must be able to complete a background check, drug test, and physical successfully
