- Manage a full case load of student referrals
- Coordinate care with internal referral resources
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Counseling Center
- Serve as an on call resource at least two weeks out of the month
- SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
- Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership of the Fisk Counseling Center
- The candidate must be licensed within the state of Tennessee.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Counselor provides intake assessment, diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, individual and group counseling and mental wellness programming. The individual will function as a member of the Counseling Center's leadership team.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
A master's degree in psychology (or related field) and applicable work experience is required.
Experience: 3+ years [or relevant level of years] related experience or equivalent role.
Licenses or Certificates:
Licensed at the Master's Level in the State of Tennessee.
Additional Requirements:
A background and/or credit check will be required of the successful applicant.
