    Description


    The Chief Operating Officer, Manufacturing will be an influential executive leader in a mission-driven business environment, coaching manufacturing professionals to achieve goals aligned with our Core Values and best-in-class operating system.


    In addition to delivering the highest level of quality and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve key performance indicators, service level agreements, financial results, and culture, the COO will coach professionals in a variety of operations disciplines.

    This executive will lead manufacturing, shipping, supply chain, procurement, engineering, and quality teammates as they identify areas of strength and opportunity to continuously improve, innovate and drive change while maintaining manufacturing standards in a growing organization.

    The selected candidate will serve on the executive team at Double Good and bring proven strategic executive leadership with at least 20 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing operation at scale in multiple locations, while consistently delivering strong results and value to complex organizations with at least $400M in annual revenue.

    This leader will possess a range of knowledge gleaned from contributing within a CPG, e-commerce, or retail context with fluency across supply chain, logistics, engineering, plant management, innovation, and general operations best practices.

    A decisive and discerning leader with strong financial acumen, this executive will have the capability to integrate data-driven collaborative, thoughtful, intentional and value-centric approaches to delivering strong business results.

    Qualified candidates will have earned a Bachelor's degree in business; MBA preferred.
