- We're on the lookout for a skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join our client's dynamic team.
As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the processing of personal lines policies, handling everything from new business to client retention.
Your expertise in policy coverage and carrier guidelines will make you a crucial intermediary between clients and carriers. - Duval County, FL or Lee County, FL - Remote Option
- Manage client communications with precision, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Build and nurture customer relationships, delivering superior service.
- Document all client interactions in the management system for seamless tracking.
- Process new business policies promptly, acquiring necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with Producers to prepare, log, sell, bind, and process policies for cross-sells, rewrites, and renewals.
- Preferred minimum experience of 1 year as a personal lines CSR or Producer.
- General grasp of personal lines underwriting and coverage.
- Must be a Florida resident.
