    Job Overview – Personal Lines Account Manager
    • We're on the lookout for a skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join our client's dynamic team.

      As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the processing of personal lines policies, handling everything from new business to client retention.

      Your expertise in policy coverage and carrier guidelines will make you a crucial intermediary between clients and carriers.

    *Location:
    • Duval County, FL or Lee County, FL - Remote Option
    *Responsibilities as the Personal Lines Account Manager Include:
    • Manage client communications with precision, efficiency, and professionalism.
    • Build and nurture customer relationships, delivering superior service.
    • Document all client interactions in the management system for seamless tracking.
    • Process new business policies promptly, acquiring necessary documentation.
    • Collaborate with Producers to prepare, log, sell, bind, and process policies for cross-sells, rewrites, and renewals.
    *Requirements for the Personal Lines Account Manager Include:
    • Preferred minimum experience of 1 year as a personal lines CSR or Producer.
    • General grasp of personal lines underwriting and coverage.
    • Must be a Florida resident.
