Tax Senior
position which will support the
Professional & Emerging Business Services
Service Line.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, design, and execute tax projects and compliance initiatives, working collaboratively with both PYA and client teams
Lead the activities of teams – including tax staff accountants – who compile and review financial statements and prepare tax returns and other activities for corporate partnerships and S-Corps with multi-jurisdiction complexities
Identify client tax and accounting issues, develop innovative solutions and proactively communicate these recommendations to clients
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of tax and accounting experience with a public accounting and/or consulting firm
CPA or EA license is preferred
Previous tax experience with healthcare, including physician practices, real estate, and professional service industries preferred
Client-oriented work ethic, committed to high-quality results
Creative problem solver with a high level of strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills and a passion for helping clients
