    Overview:

    The Purchasing Part Time Associate will support the purchasing team in various administrative tasks related to the purchasing department. Responsibilities include placing special request orders, setting up batches in GP, tracking shipments, canceling non-inventory orders, and helping obtain proof of deliveries. This role provides a foundational understanding of purchasing operations within a business setting, while developing skills in attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.

    Qualifications:

    EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

    • Preferred education requirement is a high school diploma

    OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

    • Attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Proven ability to multi-task.
    • Excellent written/verbal skills.

    Hours: Through end of August

    Monday - 8 am 4 pm with 1 hour lunch

    Tuesday 8 am 2:30 pm with a 30 minute lunch

    Thursday 8 am 4 pm with 1 hour lunch
