Job summary
We are rebuilding the backend that will power clinical decisioning across health systems.You'll own the backend foundation: a pragmatic FHIR-based core model, an API Gateway, ingestion pipelines for exchanges and EHRs, document-as-clinical-evidence handling, and robust eventing auditability and PHI governance.
This is a high-ownership role with direct product influence and real impact.Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of the system of record and API Gateway as the single front door for all data.
- Define and implement a focused FHIR subset suitable for production use cases starting withATHENAhealth ehr integration ,design normalization patterns to ingest reconcile data from health exchange,s partner sources direct EHRs
