    About your roleWe're looking to expand the People Ops team at Juniper Square.

    In this role, you will focus on all things People Operations, helping administer programs that boost employee engagement so our employees can achieve their highest potential at work.

    We are a collaborative team, and you will work with other members of the People Ops team to deliver people programs designed to enhance the employee experience.

    What you'll doUse your broad range of People Operations knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, highly organized thinking, and ability to handle multiple and constantly shifting prioritiesAdminister employee onboarding and offboarding programsMaintain data in our global HRIS and other people systems and databases with 100% accuracyMaintain employee compliance and personnel recordsComplete I9 formsRegularly audit other team member's workAnswer inbound employee questions and verifications of employmentAssist with compliance reporting, including EEO-1 and California Pay Data ReportingActively participate in the administration of employee engagement and recognition initiativesRegularly collaborate with our global People & Talent teamsAssist with people analytics by administering and pulling data from employee surveysEngage with key stakeholders when necessary (internal and external)Provide support during key projects, including Performance & Rewards cycles, annual Open Enrollment, audits, and other programs as neededBe a trusted people partner to help implement effective company-wide people processes internationally and improve those we already have in placeQualifications1+ years experience in People OperationsExperience working in fast-paced technology environments and/or start-up experience preferredExperience with a global HRIS system, ADP experience a plusPrior experience maintaining employment recordsPrior experience working with confidential information is a mustCustomer-focus with a high level of professionalism and discretionExperience with Excel or G sheetsThe ability to pull data and manipulate it in G Sheets is a plusExperience working on a highly collaborative team with a sense of urgencyStrong organizational skills, high level of attention to detail, and excellent follow-throughBA/BS degree preferredAt Juniper Square, we believe building a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture makes us a better company.

    Pay & BenefitsCompensation for this position includes a base salary, bonus, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary for this role is US$65,400
    • US$100,000.
    Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
