Job DescriptionRoberts Properties is looking to hire a family office staff accountant for an exciting job opportunity with a Class A multifamily developer. This position offers a competitive salary based on each individual's qualifications and a generous bonus package. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of accounting experience in private-sector construction and hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline. They should also be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, self-motivated, have a keen sense of attention to detail and be capable of working with minimum supervision.
The responsibilities of this position include:
Working with the Controller and CFO to prepare monthly checks
Entering data into Sage and Yardi accounting software
Preparing checks for monthly development company bills
Paying all bills required for each property monthly
