    Position Overview

    We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join the data science team at Ceribell.

    You will drive the design and development of data and algorithm pipelines for a broad range of machine learning tasks in EEG neuro-diagnostics.

    A successful candidate will bring together strong programming skills, familiarity with big data technology and a passion for biomedical applications to help scale Machine Learning at Ceribell.

    This will be a highly cross-functional role, interacting with teams across the company to help us better develop and deliver machine learning solutions.

    This is a hybrid position with an in office requirement of at least 3x per week.

    What You'll Do

    Contribute to design, development, and maintenance of innovative machine learning pipelines for dataset management, algorithm development and evaluation.
    Maintain and improve existing tools for model lifecycle management.
    Improve existing cloud infrastructure to support the data science workflows.
    Develop and implement data quality tools and processes to ensure data integrity and reliability.
    Lead the transition of prototype algorithms to robust, scalable real-time deployments.
    Communicate effectively with stakeholders within and outside the team.

    What We're Looking For

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent disciplines
    Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and SQL
    2+ years of full-stack development experience
    2+ years of experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure
    Prior experience with data analysis, visualization and statistics

    Preferred

    MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines
    Production/Deployment experience with web frameworks like NodeJS, Flask, Django, React etc.
    Familiarity with machine learning development frameworks like Scikit-Learn, Torch, Tensorflow, Keras, etc.
    3+ years of experience with web-development, SQL databases and AWS
    Familiarity with machine learning management frameworks like mlflow, airflow, tensorboard, etc.

    Compensation Range

    $145,000—$155,000 USD
