Job Summary:

Produce Department Responsibilities:

Sort, display, and replenish fresh fruits and vegetables
Provide product knowledge and excellent customer service
Maintain high-quality standards for all produce

Team Members Expectations:

Follow job assignments and club policies
Act with honesty, integrity, and member-focus
Promote a safe, inclusive, and collaborative work environment
Work efficiently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude

Club Standards:

Strive for GOLD club standards daily
Maintain stocked items and accurate signage

Key Accountabilities:

Assist members with product inquiries and recommendations
Ensure produce quality and freshness on the sales floor
Rotate and organize back stock items
Follow inventory procedures and maintain cleanliness
Price products accurately and generate signage

Qualifications:

Previous produce department experience preferred
Knowledge of fruits and vegetables, including seasonal items
Minimum age requirement: 18 years old

Job Conditions:

Involves frequent movement and lifting up to 30 pounds
Work takes place in indoor environments with varying temperatures
Compensation range for this position: $15.25-$18.30 per hour
