    Job Description

    We are looking for a skilled maintenance technician who holds certifications like a boiler operator license, HVAC license, or is a certified pipe fitter. If you have experience in maintaining cooling towers, chillers, and compressed air systems, along with knowledge of plant fire systems, then we want to hear from you!

    Responsibilities:
    • Performing preventive maintenance, handling projects, and addressing machine breakdowns as required.
    • Ensuring completion of work assignments through our Maintenance work order/PM system.
    • Working safely by following all safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) rules.
    • Taking responsibility for facility infrastructure repairs, upgrades, and replacements, including preparing capital funding requests.
    • Maintaining accurate records and operational documents for facility equipment.
    • Encouraging teamwork, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
    • Keeping work areas and equipment tidy, organized, and well-maintained.
    • Adhering to all safety procedures and promptly reporting any unsafe conditions.
    • Undertaking additional job-related duties and tasks as needed.
    Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Proficiency in working with quality inspection tools and basic PC skills, such as Microsoft Word.
    • Ability to handle simple math operations and collaborate effectively within a team.
    • Strong visual acuity, depth perception, and color discernment.
    Qualifications:
    • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Experience: Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
    • Licenses/Certifications: Completion of HVAC program and/or possession of a boiler operator license. Crane and forklift certifications are a plus.
