    **Please note that this role is strictly an on-site, in-person role. Hybrid/remote not available.**

    Primary Goals

    • To build the proper Recruiting/Onboarding/Retention structure based on current needs and expectations.
    • To recruit talent for operations, administration and as needed for Katoen Natie USA as priority to close current job openings and gaps.
    • To develop strategies to improve retention efforts and improve continuously the quality and retention of talent.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead on the overall hiring process, collaborate on job requisition details and creation, planning and implementation of recruitment strategies and to attract and select top talent in key markets in the region.
    • Develop and implement the right metrics to recruit, onboard and retain talent.
    • Leading on the talent finding and needs meetings with key Stakeholders.
    • Create job adverts to ensure appropriate information is included for advertisement, online postings, and targeted job boards.
    • Effectively screen and interview candidates to meet the needs.
    • Ensure positive applicant experience throughout the hiring process.
    • Source talented and diverse candidates through creative methods and understand impact of applied strategies.
    • Coordinate key sourcing channels - implementing a variety of candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs to stay ahead of innovation.
    • Develop consultative partnerships with key internal/external stakeholders, involved in the hiring process.
    • Maintain strong partnerships with our Third-Party Agents, including but not limited to, Recruitment Agents and Professional Networking groups.
    • Responsible for data entry into the systems and maintenance of records; emphasis on quality and high levels of accuracy ensuring compliance with processes and legislation.

    • Ability to work in culturally diverse groups.
    • English language competency; bilingual a plus
    • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
