Job summary

The Messenger Customer Account Specialist is the champion for our customers and will ensure all customers are retained, satisfied and wowed by providing world-class service and solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Interacts with customers via telephone email online chat or in person to provide support and information on an assigned product or service.
  • Maintains all changes to customer databases and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries complaints or comments.
