About the role:

Manage production activities and employees across 2 shifts
Collaborate closely with plant support personnel
Supervise team members for productivity, safety, and quality
Maintain production schedules and address staffing or mechanical issues
Provide leadership visibility on the plant floor
Build rapport with team members and inspire positive morale

Shifts available: Work 5 days/week with rotations between Tues-Thurs and other 2 working days

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise shift team members
Maintain weekly production schedules
Build and develop the team through training
Ensure business production targets are met
Manage labor staffing and planning
Delegates work assignments
Complete performance and probationary reviews
Maintain compliance with internal policies
Resolve employee conflicts and conduct investigations
Participate in task forces and core groups
Maintain a clean and safe workplace
Conduct performance management write-ups and reviews
Interview and support hiring of employees

Required Experience:

5+ years in manufacturing or relevant degree with experience
1-2 years in a leadership role
Ability to work in the United States
Military experience considered

Job Requirements:

Full-time with weekend coverage
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
