    Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Engineer/Administrator III in Denver, CO.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    The Systems Engineer/Administrator III is a senior-level position that involves designing, developing, supporting, and maintaining the organization's systems infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components. Responsibilities are to manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure; install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools; proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability; monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes; make updates to system-related installation documentation; acquire, install, and test system software upgrades and computer components; configure software and resolve technical problems; maintain documentation of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting procedures; set up new users and give them access to systems and networks; manage and maintain file servers; operate firewalls; and troubleshoot and provide technical support to systems and network users. The Systems Engineer/Administrator III supervises and mentors subordinate projects and Team ManTech staff.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 9 years of related experience and Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline, STEM, or related discipline.
    • 11 years of related experience and Associate's degree in an IT-related discipline, STEM, or related discipline.
    • (A candidate holding a relevant master's degree may be granted 2 years' experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years' experience credit for that extra education.)
    • DoD m IAT Level II Certification by start date.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • 4 years of experience in an Agile development environment.

    Security Clearance Requirements:

    • Top Secret with FSP.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
    • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
    • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
    • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $110,800-$185,500. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
