• Applicants should possess 1-2 years of prior experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment focusing on ensuring top-notch guest satisfaction. Familiarity with wines and beverages is an advantage.

• Ability to stand and walk for 5-10 hours continuously
• Aptitude to navigate various sections of the restaurant safely
• Comfortable working in noisy, crowded spaces
• Experience working in environments with varying temperatures and ventilation
• Capacity to handle and lift glassware racks
• Proficient in opening and serving beer, wine, and liquor
• Capable of moving cases of beverages
• Constant interaction with liquids and cleaning solutions
• Efficient multitasking skills
• Compliance with age requirements for alcohol service as per local regulations
• Regular bending, stooping, and lifting responsibilities
• Adaptability to work in diverse indoor and outdoor settings with fluctuating temperatures
