Consilio's client is seeking a high-level SEC/Corporate Governance Attorney with at least 4 years of relevant experience. The candidate will work directly with in-house corporate governance counsel on both traditional securities work and corporate governance duties. The ideal candidate already has experience engaging directly with Boards of Directors, Public Companies, and Shareholders.
