    Description
    Searching for a high-energy guest service leader with experience in providing motivation and encouragement to their team


    Responsibilities:

    • Preferably has previous experience working in hotels
    • Must have a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and Holidays
    • Capable of leading a dynamic team through setting a positive example
    • Will collaborate with accounting, sales, maintenance, and housekeeping departments as needed
    • Responsible for directly overseeing the front desk, van drivers, and night audits Qualifications:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for this role.
    • Familiarity with Property Management Systems, with experience in Lightspeed being highly preferred.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in time management is a must.
    • Ability to consistently meet deadlines and maintain open communication with guests is essential

    Compensation:
    $50,000
