    **Description**

    **Specific Job Function:**

    Manages all warehouse activities.

    Oversees all receiving and distribution operations.

    Controls and manages inventory

    Plans and monitors optimal space utilization and efficient inventory flow.

    Provides daily shipping reports and KPIs

    Generates packing lists and provides documents to accounting and planning

    Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.

    Trains and certifies new forklift drivers

    Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

    Extensive knowledge of department processes.

    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Other Duties as assigned

    **Requirements:**

    Bachelors Degree

    5+ years experience in a warehouse supervisory role

    Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures

    Certified Forklift Trainer

    Excellent problem-solving skills

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Able to work with all levels of staff

    Ability to work overtime, as assigned
