Essential FunctionsAssist with food prep and cooking following universal precautions and state/federal regulationsPreparing and serving beveragesSetting up and passing trays for meal serviceStocking snack cartBussing of tables and traysCleaning the kitchen work areaDishwashingFollow proper handwashing guidelinesAdditional special projects or tasks can be assigned at times by the CDM or the Executive DirectorQualificationsEducational/Training RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalentLicensing RequirementsMust have Texas Food Handler CertificateExperience RequirementsWorking in a commercial kitchen experience is preferredPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative but not necessary all inclusive, of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
