    By coordinating real-time requests, prioritizing urgent needs, and maintaining clear communication, Dispatchers help ensure the right support reaches the right place at the right time.

    If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy being the central point of coordination, we'd love to meet youRole OverviewServe as the central point of contact for service requests, dispatching staff efficiently across assigned areasMonitor incoming requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency, location, and operational needsCoordinate daily workflows to support patient care, clinical operations, and hospital servicesCommunicate clearly with frontline staff, supervisors, and leadership to ensure timely response and follow-throughTrack request status and update systems to reflect completed, delayed, or reassigned tasksUse dispatch and tracking systems (e.g., EPIC Grand Central or similar tools) to manage workflows and activityIdentify service delays or coverage gaps and proactively escalate issues when neededSupport shift transitions by ensuring continuity of service and clear handoff communicationAssist with special projects, coverage planning, and operational improvements as assignedKey qualifications2+ years of experience in dispatch, coordination, operations support, or a related role (healthcare environment preferred)

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with competing prioritiesAbility to work independently while collaborating closely with frontline teams and leadershipStrong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when managing urgent requestsBasic computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems and workflowsCore SkillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneouslyClear, calm, and professional communication across teams and departmentsAttention to detail and accuracy when tracking requests and documenting activityReliability and accountability to ensure operational needs are consistently metAbility to remain composed under pressure and adapt to changing prioritiesService-oriented mindset with a focus on supporting patient care and team successAdditional Information:

    Schedule:
    Mon to Fri 3pm to 11pm. Must be flexible. Weekends as neede.
