Responsibilities
- Promote company culture values contribute new approaches policies procedures to support continuous improvement in overall services of Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
- Effectively collaborate with regional business unit hiring managers HR define talent needs job requirements fill requisitions timely manner.
- Manage campus talent acquisition lifecycle post requisitions applicant tracking system social media platforms identify screen qualified applicants share candidate short list hiring managers schedule interviews create offer letters manage background screen process initiate onboarding.
