The Occupational Therapist performs occupational therapy evaluations and treatments as ordered by qualified physicians in accordance with company standards and federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.Care Management and Service Delivery - 60%
- Initiates contact with physician for orders and treatment plan formulation and/or revision as the patient's condition requires.
- Participates in the development and implementation of the patient OASIS assessments, Evaluations, and discharge OASIS documentation.
