As we continue to grow at a rapid pace, we need some amazing new professionals to join our team. In particular, wee are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Engineer to primarily support our program.

Clearance Required for this role: TS/SCI
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an engineering role.
- Demonstrated experience in engineering concepts, including requirements analysis, software architecture, test methods, and functional decomposition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making.
- Bachelor�s degree (or higher) in an Engineering (any discipline).
Responsibilities:
- Working alongside security specialists to provide engineering and technical insights and functional decompositions of the Army�s most sensitive technologies.
- Providing support to Government Program Managers and Senior Engineers to influence proper identification of Critical Program Information (CPI), Critical Components (CC), Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Controlled Technical Information (CTI).
- Providing recommendations to Government Security Officers (SSO) and delivering findings to support the Government in its development of effective Program Protection Plans.
- Ensuring Program Protection Plans (PPP) are satisfactorily implemented at Government as well as defense contractor facilities where CPI resides.
Salary range for this position is commensurate with experience: $105,000 - $125,000.
