    Associates at Osmond Designs greet customers and provide assistance from start to finish. We aim to provide a curated and tailored shopping experience for each customer that walks through our doors. Furniture showroom associates are responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and sales. Must be passionate about furniture and interior Design

    Responsibilities
    Greet customers in a welcoming manner
    Help to arrange products on salesfloor to maintain a fresh look
    Assist customers/clients with selecting furniture and accessories
    Facilitate custom orders and relay any updates to clients
    Check out customers, take payment and fill out paperwork
    Answer front desk phone
    Computer knowledge
    Ensures that store stays clean and well maintained
    Carry out any other tasks as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Managers

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Customer-focused mindset
    Ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment
    Self-motivated and driven
    Ability to learn quickly and accept feed back
    Creative problem solving and decision making when dealing with customer issues
    Genuine enthusiasm for our products and interior design
    Attention to detail
    Flexible schedule
    Willing to work Saturdays and some holidays

    Additional Information
    Candidates with experience in the interior design field are ideal, but not required
    We will provide extensive on-the-job training
    Hourly wage dependent on work experience and availability
    Full-time and Part-time positions available.
