We're seeking an experienced Orthodontist to join a well-established, private orthodontic practice in Fairfax County.
This is a great opportunity for someone planning to relocate to the Northern Virginia area or looking for long-term stability with room to grow.
The role will start part-time and transition to full-time over the course of a year. The current orthodontist will remain on during the transition to ensure continuity and support.We're looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of clinical orthodontic experience , along with proven team management skills and the ability to lead monthly huddles, oversee staff performance, and foster a positive, productive work environment.
