Contract Duration: 13 weeks contract with a possibility of extension

Pay Rate:
Up To $65/hr

Work Schedule: 36-40hrs/week

Shift: 08:00 - 16:30

COVID VACCINE REQUIRED

BLS
Licensed Physical Therapist
At least 2 years of exp

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Acute Care Experience - ICUs / Cardiac / Neuro / Trauma / Ortho EHR = Cerner Hours Monday through Friday - Occasional Saturday Typical Assignment 9 evaluations with expectation of completion of 8
