- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for each student in your caseload.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and other specialists to ensure students receive the support they need.
- Adapt and modify instructional materials to meet the needs of students with diverse learning abilities.
- Conduct assessments and monitor student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and collaborate on educational goals.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification/license in Special Education for the state of [Insert State].

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Special Education Teachers to join our team for the upcoming 2024/2025 school year.
This is a full-time position with a caseload of 15-20 middle school students.The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students with special needs and be committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
