    Description

    The Division of Nephrology at the University of Virginia is seeking a full-time academic Nephrologist to join our nephrology team in Charlottesville, Virginia.

    This is an open rank, tenure-eligible Clinical Educator position with rank and tenure status determined by the candidate's qualifications. The incumbent will be responsible for providing care to kidney patients on the inpatient and outpatient Nephrology setting. The candidate will actively participate in the in-patient teaching program with Nephrology fellows, medical house staff, and medical students.


    Candidates must have an MD or equivalent and be sub-specialty board-certified or board-eligible in Nephrology by appointment start date, possess outstanding clinical, technical, and interpersonal skills, and training from top-rated institutions.
