Design in Engineering Services, you'll provide solutions and services that help our customers protect and control critical electrical infrastructure and power systems worldwide.

As a Project Engineer

Design, a typical day might include the following: Designing solutions for customersWorking alongside Project Managers, Technical Leads, and Engineers from other focus areasExtensive networking and programmingCommissioning projects in the fieldThis job might be for you if: Experience creating protection & control design packages for transmission & distribution utilities, generation facilities, and industrial clientsExperience creating design packages including one lines, three lines, AC schematics, DC schematics, wiring diagrams, bill of material, SCADA points listsExperience performing site visits and scoping protection & control retrofit designsExperience applying customer specific protection & control templates for greenfield and brownfield designsDemonstrated ownership of each component of the design process, and delivery of the overall packageDemonstrated understanding of zones of protection, instrument transformers, and protective relaying schemesLocation InformationThis position is located in Charlotte, NC, a vibrant and bustling metropolis located in the heart of North Carolina.

Pay Range Data We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.

Project Engineer I:
$72,000.00-$113,000.00 Project Engineer II: $83,000.00-$130,000.00 Project Engineer

III:
