    Cannabis and CBD Packaging Sales Representative

    We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on selling cannabis and CBD packaging solutions. This role demands a proactive individual who excels in driving sales independently and possesses a strong passion for the cannabis industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and contributing to our competitive edge in the market.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the cannabis and CBD packaging market.
    2. Identify and prospect potential clients, including cannabis dispensaries, CBD retailers, and related businesses, to introduce our packaging solutions.
    3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored packaging solutions.
    4. Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients statewide, presenting product offerings and negotiating terms.
    5. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
    6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
    7. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

    Requirements:

    1. Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the cannabis industry or related field.
    2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets independently.
    3. Self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and ability to work autonomously.
    4. Willingness to travel extensively statewide to meet clients face to face.
    5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    7. Knowledge of cannabis packaging regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
    8. Established relationships within the cannabis industry are highly desirable.
    9. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
