Then you're an excellent fit for the Customer Service Representative position at our company You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, mitigating service problems, and providing an exemplary customer experience.

    *4-day work week Must be available to work 7 am to 6 pm 4 days a week, Monday - Saturday on a rotating schedule.


    Responsibilities


    • Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
    • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
    • Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
    • Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
    • Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints

    Qualifications


    • Previous work in a customer-facing position
    • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
    • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
