Your Role: Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you will:

• PT Business Management:
  • Build and maintain an active client base.
  • Manage your schedule, including client appointments and meetings.
  • Market and sell personal training programs through various channels.
  • Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products.
• Service and Hospitality:
  • Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts for members.
  • Enhance member experiences through personal interactions.
  • Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
  • Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor during your shifts.
• Professional Development:
  • Attend Continuing Education classes to elevate your skills.
  • Participate in one-on-one or team meetings with management.

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one (we offer a certification reimbursement program).
• Current CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants).
• A passion for fitness and a drive to succeed.
• Availability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful demeanor.

Pay Transparency: $40.50-$98.00 per session; $16/hr for non-session work; plus additional incentive bonuses.
