    Key Responsibilities

    • Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans;

    • Implementing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes;

    • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care;
      • ">
    • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records;
      • ">

    Qualifications

    ">

    To excel in this role, you will need:

    ">
      ">
    • A current applicable state RN license;
      • ">
    • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers certification;
      • ">
    • At least one year of registered nursing experience or completion of a Legacy Health RN Residency program;
      • ">
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, families, and physicians;
      • ">
    • Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic systems applicable to job functions;
      • ">
    • Ability to navigate complex patient situations and make sound clinical decisions;
      • ">
