• Maintain building and grounds.
• Responds promptly to all requests for repairs or maintenance concerns.
• Assists with resident move-ins and move-outs.
• Prepares resident rooms for new residents.
• Tests the fire protection systems as required by code and schedules regular inspections.
• Maintains HVAC system ensuring a comfortable temperature in the community.
• Ensures an effective lighting system in the community.
• Ensures the plumbing system is working properly at all times.
• Supervises proper removal and disposal of trash.
• Conducts regular safety inspections, fire drills, emergency evacuation drills, etc. regularly.
• Participates in training associates in safety issues, emergency situations and safe practices.
